• Some nationalities cannot cross the Oman border because of strict government rules.

Tourist/Visit Visa Conditions

• Single-entry UAE visa holders cannot enter Oman.
• However, multiple-entry visa holders can travel to Oman. But, they must get an Oman visa 10 days in advance.

• Furthermore, sponsored visa holders must travel with their sponsor. Otherwise, they cannot join.

Please note, all dhow cruises and sea activities depend on the weather and Coast Guard approval. If we cancel the trip due to unsafe weather, your safety comes first. In that case, you can choose:

• A 100% refund, or
• Free rescheduling to another date (based on availability)

Cancellation Policy

• Generally, cancel at least 24 hours before your trip date to get a full refund or reschedule.
• However, this rule does not apply on public holidays. On those days, you cannot cancel or reschedule.

No Refund Cases

A refund is not given if:

• You cancel on the same day
• You arrive late or don’t show up

Day 1: UAE → Oman (Dibba Harbor) → UAE

First, the tour starts with pickup from your chosen UAE location. Then, you head to the Dibba border. After that, you continue to the dhow cruise point.

Document & Passport Validity

Before departure, check these:

• Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
• UAE Residence Visa & Emirates ID: Must be valid for at least 10 days before the trip.
• Also, carry your original Passport and Emirates ID on the day of travel. Soft copies are not accepted at the border.
• In addition, send clear scans of your passport (front and back) and UAE visa/Emirates ID by email or WhatsApp at least 3 days before departure. This helps us get your border permit.

Visa Conditions & Regulatory Framework

• First, a valid Multiple-Entry UAE Tourist Visa lets you join this cruise.
• However, a single-entry visa is not allowed, because the border system won’t let you back into the UAE.
• Finally, Oman’s border department gives final approval for entry.

Additionally, Oman immigration must approve your entry and border crossing.

Legal and Baggage Restrictions

For safety reasons, alcohol is not allowed in the vehicle, at the checkpoint, or anywhere in Oman during this trip. Also, the border runs strict baggage checks. If you carry banned items, you will be denied entry with no refund.

Transportation Policy

Overall, all transport runs on a shared, seat-in-coach basis. Therefore, seats go on a first-come, first-served basis, so we cannot guarantee specific seats.

• If you cancel 7+ days before the tour, you get a 95% refund.
• If you cancel 5–7 days before, you get an 80% refund.
• However, if you cancel less than 96 hours before, there’s no refund.
• Also, all refunds include a fixed AED 10 fee, sent to your original payment method.
