DOCUMENT & MANDATORY PASSPORT VALIDITY Passport Validity: All guest passports must possess a minimum of 6 months remaining validity from the date of the tour. UAE Residence Visa & Emirates ID: Must have a minimum validity of 10 Days prior to the trip. Physical Documentation: It is absolutely mandatory to carry your Original Passport and Original Emirates ID on the morning of travel. Soft copies will not be accepted by border security. Advance Document Submission: High-resolution scanned copies of passports (front & back pages) and valid UAE resident visas/Emirates IDs must be emailed or WhatsApped to our operations team at least 3 days prior to departure to obtain the necessary border permits
VISA CONDITIONS & REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
Border Approval: Entry and border clearance are subject to approval by Oman immigration authorities.
Strict Legal Prohibition Notice: The possession, carriage, or consumption of alcohol or liquor items is strictly prohibited within the tour vehicle, at the checkpoint, or anywhere inside the Oman border territory. Strict baggage security scanning checks are enforced at the border. Any passenger found carrying prohibited items will be denied border crossing immediately with zero refunds.
Transportation Policy: All transfers operate on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) sharing basis. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed.
