Terms & Conditions
1. General Admission
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase.
KidZania reserves the right to modify entry fees, operating hours, and schedules without prior notice.
Children aged 4 to 16 years old are eligible to participate in KidZania’s activities. Children under 4 may enter but will have limited access to activities.
Adult supervision is mandatory for children under the age of 8. All children must be accompanied by an adult guardian over the age of 17.
2. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards other guests, staff, and the facilities. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the visitor. KidZania is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
3. Safety and Security
All visitors must undergo a security screening upon entering KidZania. For safety reasons, certain items, including but not limited to sharp objects, weapons, and hazardous substances, are prohibited.
KidZania has a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, drug use, and alcohol within the premises.
In case of emergency, guests must follow the instructions provided by KidZania’s trained staff and evacuate safely if necessary.
4. Participation Guidelines
Activities are designed for children and may involve specific age, height, or health requirements. Participation is voluntary, and guests must adhere to the rules and safety guidelines set for each activity.
KidZania reserves the right to adjust or close certain activities without prior notice for maintenance or safety concerns.
KidZania is not liable for any injury resulting from a failure to comply with safety guidelines or instructions provided by the staff.
5. Photography and Media
By entering KidZania Dubai, guests grant permission for their images to be used for promotional purposes, including photography and video recording, unless otherwise requested.
Professional photography or videography within KidZania is prohibited unless prior authorization is obtained.
6. Liability Waiver
KidZania Dubai, its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred on the premises, except as explicitly stated by UAE law.
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements related to health, age, or physical condition.
7. KidZos and Currency Policy
KidZos, KidZania’s internal currency, is valid only within KidZania premises and may not be exchanged for real currency or refunded.
Lost or stolen KidZos are non-replaceable. KidZos do not expire, but terms and conditions for redemption may vary.
8. Personal Data Protection
KidZania Dubai respects guest privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal data in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
Personal information collected at entry or during ticket purchase is used solely for safety, security, and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Modification of Terms
KidZania Dubai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests are advised to review the Terms and Conditions before each visit to ensure compliance.
